EURO-HOME s.r.o., Kračanská cesta 690/23, 92901 Dunajská Streda, Slovak Republic, ID number 46713212, the service provider of Villa Dunaj, processes your personal data as the operator to the necessary extent to fulfill your requirements in the provision of services, accommodation booking, responding to your inquiries, and maintaining the guest book. Additionally, the operator processes your personal data based on your voluntary consent for the purpose of preparing and sending personalized offers based on automated profiling of customer preferences and for customer satisfaction surveys for a maximum of 3 years or until consent to the processing of personal data is revoked. The granted consent can be revoked at any time.
The operator is authorized to process your personal data only for the purpose and only when necessary to protect your rights or the legally protected interests, rights, and interests of the operator, particularly in administrative, judicial, or enforcement proceedings, for the protection of life and health, the protection of property, and to ensure security through a camera system on the premises and entry areas. Our professional staff strictly observes discretion and maintains the confidentiality of your personal data. We protect your personal data through appropriate technical and organizational measures, do not publish it, and do not transfer it to third countries. However, if you use social network services (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), the operator's website may contain a "social network module" (e.g., Facebook Like, Google Analytics, etc.) that allows the browser of the visitor to the website www.emeraldapartments.sk to request any content from the provider of this module and subsequently transfer the visitor's personal data to the provider of the social network module (e.g., Facebook) for this purpose.
What rights do you have?
Withdraw consent - In cases where we process your personal data based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time. You can withdraw consent electronically at the address of the responsible person, in writing through a notice of withdrawal, or in person at the office. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the processing of personal data that we have processed based on your consent.
Right of access - You have the right to obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you and information about how we use your personal data. In most cases, your personal data will be provided to you in written form, unless you request another form of provision. If you requested this information electronically, it will be provided to you electronically, as far as technically possible.
Right to rectification - We take appropriate steps to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and currency of the information we hold about you. If you believe that the information we have is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated, please contact us so that we can correct, update, or supplement this information.

Right to submit a request for the initiation of proceedings to protect personal data - If you believe that your personal data is being processed unfairly or unlawfully, you can personally contact the hotel reception, send an email to rezervacia@emeraldapartments.sk, or file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27. If the application is submitted electronically, it must meet the requirements under § 19 para. 1 of Act No. 71/1967 Coll. on Administrative Proceedings (Administrativem Procedure Code).
